FRL Server APP issue and FIX

for frl server that if any user faces a "Connection refused" or "502 - Bad gateway error", please reinstall the application with "keep config" option

Docker reinstall on fr8

HI,

We are observing massive docker errors on FR 8.

We are reinstalling docker on the servers.

Configs will remain, but the apps will have to be re-installed on new docker .


We will keep you updated.
